Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 stalks chopped celery
    2 onions
    3 green peppers, chopped
    4 or 5 lb. ground beef
    2 qt. tomatoes (canned)
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3 or 4 bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. basil and oregano
    1 or 2 chopped garlic cloves
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Simmer celery, pepper and onions and add to beef.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaves, basil and oregano and garlic cloves.
    Bring to a boil and add salt and pepper to taste.
    May use garlic, onion and celery salt, if desired.
    Add a little red pepper and cook slowly for about 6 hours.
