Vegetable Pizza Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    2 green onions, chopped fine
    2 small shredded carrots
    1 c. small broccoli flowerets, thoroughly towel dried
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper, thoroughly towel dried
    1/2 c. chopped cauliflower, thoroughly towel dried
    shredded cheese (Cheddar is good)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
    Press over bottom and 1-inch up sides to form crust.
    Seal perforations.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool completely.
