Chop Suey Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 pkg. wide noodles
2 medium onions
1/4 c. green pepper
1 1/2 lb. beef, pork or steak
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. celery
salt and pepper to taste
1 small can whole corn
Preparation

Cook meat, onions, green pepper and celery in pan for a little while.
Add chicken and mushroom soups.
Simmer slowly for approximately 30 minutes.
Add can of whole corn.
(I also like to add about one cup frozen peas for color.)
Cook noodles and add to mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
