1 bushel tomatoes (very ripe)
6 green hot peppers
8 large onions
1 box brown sugar
4 c. white sugar
5 c. vinegar
4 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
celery seed or celery salt
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Cook for 4 or 5 hours until thick.
