Russell Stover Turtles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. caramels
    4 Tbsp. canned milk
    2 c. pecans
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1/3 stick paraffin
Preparation
    Melt caramels in double boiler.
    Add milk and pecans.
    Drop on buttered cookie sheet.
    Chill 3 hours or overnight.
    Melt chocolate chips and paraffin.
    Dip with toothpick into chocolate mixture.
