The Best Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. carrots, grated
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
Preparation

Grate carrots in a food processor; use fine grate.
Set aside. Mix together the eggs (well beaten), sugar, gradually and stir in salad oil.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add to first mixture; mix well.
Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla; stir in carrots.
Bake in well-greased and floured glass pan (9 x 13-inch) for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
