Pie Filling(Basic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, separated
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    lump of butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, egg yolks and milk. Cook over low heat until mixture starts to bubble.
    Cook until thick; remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla.
    Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue (made from egg whites) and brown lightly.
