Mother'S Relish Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cherry gelatin, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. fresh ground cranberries
    1 small unpeeled orange, remove seeds and grind orange
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Reserve syrup and add water to make 1/2 cup liquid.
    Dissolve gelatin and sugar in the hot water.
    Add pineapple syrup and lemon juice.
    Chill until partially set.
    Add fruits, celery and nuts.
    Chill in 5-cup ring mold or a pretty glass bowl overnight.
    Of course, you won't need to unmold the relish from the glass bowl.
    Individual molds are good if you prefer.
    Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
    Excellent served with cornmeal dressing instead of cranberry sauce.
