Mexican Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. water
1 (1 oz.) pkg. onion dip mix
4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. soft butter
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper
additional red pepper
Preparation

Combine water and dip mix in a small bowl; stir well and set aside.
Combine cheese, chilies and pimiento; stir well.
Add mayonnaise, butter, red pepper and dip mix; stir well.
Chill and shape into a ball; sprinkle with additional red pepper.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Yield: 4 cups.
