Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. lean roast
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
Preparation
    Fully cook roast and tear into small pieces, removing fat and bone.
    Place in large skillet.
    Add garlic salt, vinegar, ketchup and hot sauce.
    Place on stove and simmer about 15 minutes.
    Serve on hamburger buns.
    Freezes well for later use.
