Spuds 'Ala Elegant - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese
4 c. hot, mashed potatoes
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Preparation

Blend cream cheese into mashed potatoes.
Add egg, onion, salt and pepper.
Bake in 1-quart casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
