Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet over medium heat, saute onion, celery and broccoli in butter or margarine for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup, milk and cheese spread until smooth.
    Pour rice in a greased casserole dish and pour cheese mixture over rice but do not stir. Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
