Low-Fat Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Scrub potatoes well; cut lengthwise into 6 wedges and dry on paper towel.
    In a large bowl, toss potato spears with olive oil until well covered.
    Spread potatoes on a baking sheet; dust with paprika and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until fork-tender.
    Scrumptious eating; so good 2 people can eat in no time.
