Spicy Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. prepared horseradish, drained
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix together the horseradish, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and white vinegar.
    Fold mixture into the whipped cream. Serve sauce with hot or cold roast beef and other meats.
    Makes approximately 1 cup.
