Caramel Apple Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients with the mixer until softened.
Cut up fresh apples and use the caramel spread as a dip.
