Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
28 oz. can chopped tomatoes with juice
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. each salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Cook ground meat, stirring until no longer pink. Drain and add onion, garlic and cumin. Cook, stirring 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook, covered, over low heat for 45 minutes.
