Cajun Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 medium onions
    1 large or 2 medium green bell peppers
    2 Tbsp. creole seasoning
    2 (12 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
    3 to 4 c. cooked white rice
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Chop onion and pepper into 1/2-inch size pieces.
    Saute in oil.
    Add beans.
    Drain 1 can only.
    Add seasoning.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer on low 3 to 5 minutes.
    Serve over white cooked rice.
    Add Tabasco sauce for taste.
    Ouch!
    Serves 4.
