Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
3 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
Toss lightly.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart greased casserole.
Sprinkle chips and cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until heated through and browned.
Serves 8 to 10.
