Chicken Piquante - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
2/3 c. chicken broth or white wine
Preparation
-
Mix salt, pepper, rosemary, marjoram and oregano together; sprinkle over chicken.
Saute until brown in olive oil.
Add lemon juice and chicken broth or white wine.
Cover and simmer until tender.
Serve hot or cold.
Serves 6.
