Mini Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 stick melted margarine
1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Spray miniature muffin tins with cooking spray.
Fill 3/4 full and bake in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
