Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large bunches fresh broccoli
5 small chopped green onions
1/2 to 3/4 c. (4 oz.) raisins
9 slices fried bacon
1 (8 oz.) mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 rounded Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Remove broccoli tops (flowerets) and break them into pieces. Rinse, drain and put in medium size salad bowl.
Add chopped onions, raisins and crumbled bacon.
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. Pour over salad mixture and toss.
Serves 6.
