Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boned chicken
2 c. cooked rice (1 c. uncooked)
1 can mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can sliced chestnuts or mushrooms or both
small amount of chicken broth or mushroom liquid
Preparation

Mix well.
Sprinkle grated cheese or crumble croutons or potato chips on top.
Let set several hours.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
If casserole is cold allow more time (50 minutes) until hot and bubbly.
