Lemon Party Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken tenders
    lemons, sliced and pitted
    vegetable oil
    chicken broth (MBT by boden)
    mayonnaise
    Italian style bread crumbs
Preparation
    Coat chicken with mayo.
    Coat with bread crumbs.
    Heat oil (just a little) in frypan.
    Fry chicken (as many as the pot can hold at a time).
    Meanwhile in a saucepan make chicken broth 1/2 the strength.
    (Use 1/2 the water for every cup that the recipes says).
    Remove from stove.
    Fry chicken until brown on both sides. Ladle two scoops of broth and put into pot with cooked chicken. Squeeze 4 lemon slices into the pan with the chicken.
    Leave on flame for 1 minute.
    Dump in roaster pan.
    Keep going until all your chicken is cooked, then cover tray with foil and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes, no more.
