Four Season Pizza(4 Pizzas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
Preparation
    In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add salt, olive oil and half the flour.
    Beat well.
    Add remaining flour.
    Turn dough out on floured surface and knead until smooth and satiny (about 5 minutes).
    Let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
    Punch dough down.
    Divide into 4 parts.
    Knead and roll each into a circle.
    Stretch with hands, if necessary, making dough thicker at edges.
    Place 4 dough circles on greased and floured baking sheet.
