Roast Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves minced garlic
    salt and ground pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
    Toss with olive oil and 2 cloves minced garlic.
    Layer potatoes in an 8 or 9-inch ovenproof skillet.
    Sprinkle each layer lightly with salt and ground pepper. Sprinkle top layer lightly with 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan or Romano cheese.
    Bake for 45 minutes until potatoes are brown on top.
    Cut into wedges and serve!
