Grilled Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Place each half in center of a piece of aluminum foil.
Dot evenly with butter.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over potatoes.
Wrap well and place on food rack.
Cook over hot coals for 25 to 30 minutes, without grill lid on.
Turn foil packets once during cooking time.
