Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. celery
    small onion, chopped
    1 c. rice
    1 cream of chicken soup
    1 cream of celery soup
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    8 boneless chicken breasts
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Lay chicken on top of mixture.
    Sprinkle onion soup on top of chicken.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
