Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken
12 oz. spaghetti
1 onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can corn or peas
Preparation

Boil noodles until tender.
Boil chicken and then remove off bone.
Saute onion and bell pepper.
Pour chicken, noodles, seasonings, Ro-Tel tomatoes, corn or peas and celery soup into pan. Mix well.
Add Velveeta cheese in chunks.
Bake, covered with foil, for 35 minutes.
About 15 minutes after being baked, stir and mix in melted cheese.
