Green Salad With Apples And Raisins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 McIntosh apple, peeled and sliced thin
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    salad greens and reds (red leaf lettuce, romaine, radiccio)
    3 to 4 scallions, sliced in 1-inch cross-sectioned lengths
    1/2 c. white raisins
    1/2 c. walnut pieces
    1/4 c. olive oil, seasoned with ginger, salt, pepper and 1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Slice apple into salad bowl. Coat and toss with lemon juice. Add greens, scallions, raisins and walnut pieces.
    Toss with oil dressing.
