Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ore Ida hash browns, thawed
    1 1/2 cans cream of chicken
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased dish.
    Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Drizzle butter over top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
