Brunch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. seasoned croutons
    8 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Use a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Combine croutons and cheese and spread on bottom of greased dish.
    Beat the eggs slightly and add milk, salt, mustard, onion salt and dash of pepper.
    Mix and pour over the croutons and cheese.
    Prepare and refrigerate overnight.
    May be topped with cooked crumbled bacon (8 slices) or bacon bits.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
