Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
    granulated sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Beat shortening until creamy.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Beat in egg and molasses.
    Mix in 1/4 of flour mixture.
    Repeat until all flour is added.
    Roll into small balls. Roll in sugar.
    Bake 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
