Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 very thin slice of roast (sirloin)
    1 c. soy sauce
    2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. clove garlic or garlic salt
    1 c. sugar
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Saute meat in butter.
    Mix soy sauce, water, ginger and garlic to make a sauce mixture
    and
    serve
    over
    hot
    rice or noodles.
