Fruit Chef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

romaine leaves
4 c. mixed salad leaves
1 apple, sliced
1/4 c. shredded coconut
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
-
Line bowl with romaine leaves.
Place mixed greens in center of bowl.
Arrange apple slices around bowl.
Sprinkle coconut.
Add raisins, almonds and carrots in circle on top of lettuce.
Cover and chill.
