Duff'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Carnation Coffee-mate
    6 eggs
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can sliced peaches
    1/2 c. raisins
    8 slices white bread
Preparation
    Combine Coffee-mate and water.
    Mix until free of lumps.
    Add melted butter and beat 30 seconds.
    Add eggs, beat 1 minute.
    Add sugar, vanilla, peaches (which have been cut up).
    Beat on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes.
    In a non-greased dish, place 3 cups mixture in dish.
    Sprinkle with raisins.
    Add bread slices which have been cut into cubes (1-inch).
    Lightly toss.
    Pour remaining mixture over bread.
    Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 or 45 minutes.
    Cool slightly and top with nutmeg sauce.
