Apple Pie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Pippin apples
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Add egg last. Put in large pie pan. Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Test with wooden pick.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Can be frozen and reheated to serve.
