Star Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. Ranch style salad dressing
    vegetable oil
    1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    1 pkg. fresh or frozen wonton wrappers or egg roll wrappers, cut in fourths
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blot cooked sausage dry, then combine with cheeses, dressing, olives and red pepper.
    Lightly grease muffin tins and press 1 (or 1 cut egg roll wrapper) wrapper, in each cup.
    Brush with vegetable oil.
    Bake 5 minutes until golden brown.
    Remove from tins; place on baking sheet.
    Fill with sausage mixture.
    Bake 5 minutes until bubbly.
    Makes 4 to 5 dozen appetizers.
