Divinity Pastels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. water
1 c. Baker's cookie coconut (optional)
2 egg whites
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix sugar, corn syrup and water; bring to a boil over low heat, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Continue boiling, stirring occasionally, until a little syrup forms a hard ball in cold water (252\u00b0) about 15 minutes.
