Seasoned Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. fresh or frozen scallops, thawed
Preparation

Heat oil and butter in small baking dish.
Add lemon juice, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Add scallops; toss to coat with mixture.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Has about 250 calories per serving.
