Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening, butter and eggs together in large bowl.
    Mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
    Blend well. Shape dough in round balls.
    Roll in a mixture of 3 tablespoons sugar and 3 tablespoons cinnamon.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
