Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 box yellow cake mix (French vanilla)
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix cake mix as directed on box and bake.
After baking, punch holes in the cake with a fork.
Bring sugar and pineapple to a boil.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
Pour over the hot cake.
Let cool.
Mix pudding as directed.
When it thickens, spread on the cake, then spread Cool Whip.
Sprinkle coconut and then nuts.
Refrigerate until eaten.
