Hamburger-Cheese Stuff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. ground onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. cooked white rice
    1 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; add garlic.
    Simmer 3 minutes. Add rice and cheese.
    Cover and simmer until cheese is completely melted.
    Serve with a fresh salad.
