Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (16 oz.) shredded sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 jar (4 oz.) sliced pimientos, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Refrigerate overnight.
