Never Fail Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
6 Tbsp. milk
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bring to a slow boil.
Stir until mixed well.
