Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can spaghetti sauce
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. meat (hamburger, sausage or both)
    1 tub Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1 c. grated Mozzarella
    lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add sauce and simmer.
    Mix together Ricotta cheese, egg and Mozzarella.
    Spread sauce in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Spread a large spoonful of mixture on uncooked lasagna noodles.
    Turn upside-down on sauce.
    Continue to layer until you finish with sauce.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with more Mozzarella and bake 30 minutes more.
