Sweet-Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, cubed
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed firm
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    bell pepper, diced
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown pork.
    Mix together water, sugar, vinegar, cornstarch, soy sauce and salt.
    Add to pork, then add bell pepper and cherries and let simmer for 25 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
