Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (about 2 1/2 c.) grated potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. flour
    2 tsp. butter
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and grate.
    Mix with onion and flour.
    Melt butter in a shallow one-quart baking dish.
    Spoon potato mixture into baking dish.
