Mexican Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    1 can Mexican corn
    1 can nacho cheese soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil macaroni; drain.
    Brown ground chuck; drain.
    Add corn, soup, tomatoes and macaroni.
    Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with Mexican cornbread.
    Top with Velveeta as you desire.
