Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. butter or canola oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) roll processed cheese or 1 c. shredded Jack or milk Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli; saute celery, onions and garlic in oil.
Add broccoli, cheese and soup; heat until bubbly.
