Apple Spoon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 apples, sliced
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Grease a baking dish.
Layer apples in bottom.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar.
In separate bowl, mix flour and 1/2 cup sugar.
Add soft butter, milk and eggs; beat well.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour mixture over apples.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Serve warm.
